The way Elizabeth starts out as the loyal daughter who will fight for the Tudors to get them back and ends up putting herself first everywhere and being loyal to Henry is wilde. It's a slow interpolation that you don't notice at first but in the end you find yourself thinking "Damn when did this happen?".
